Run this command in macOS Terminal, Linux Bash, or Windows PowerShell:

Note: Flag -P must be uppercase for port specification in the OpenSSH sftp binary.

Open Site Manager in FileZilla (File > Site Manager) and click New Site.

Set Protocol to SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol.

Set Host to sftp.athars.eu and Port to 2022.

Set Logon Type to Normal.
Enter your User (<username>.<server_id>) and your account Password, then click Connect.

Open WinSCP and create a New Session.

Select File protocol: SFTP.

Enter Host name: sftp.athars.eu and Port number: 2022.

Fill User name: <username>.<server_id> and your panel password, then click Login.

Click Open Connection in the top toolbar.

Where do I find my Server ID?
Look at the URL of your server console on dash.athars.eu. For example, if your URL is https://dash.athars.eu/server/3c9f28a1, your server ID is 3c9f28a1. You can also view it directly on your server's Settings tab under SFTP Details.
Why is port 2022 used instead of port 21 or 22?
Port 21 is plain FTP, and port 22 is reserved for operating system administrative SSH access. Pterodactyl isolates game server file operations on port 2022 using the SFTP protocol for security and container segregation.
Does this work if 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is enabled on my account?
Yes. SFTP authenticates directly against your account credentials. You do not need to provide a 2FA TOTP code in your SFTP client. Simply use your standard account password.
